Paid Subscription Agreements (Only)

Services under paid Subscription Agreements ("Agreements") are available to corporations, other business entities and individuals that have signed their acceptance of this Agreement and have provided the information requested on the Subscription form. These individuals and entities known as "Subcribers", represent that they are legally permitted in their jurisdiction to enter into agreements for the purchase of the services offered by the uibusiness.com website and that they are also legally able to offer goods and services in accordance with those that they may quote on via the uibusiness.com marketplace. Subscriptions are for the purchased number of users only, and may not be shared within an organization. uibusiness.com reserves all rights as to the granting of a Paid Subscription. Prior to utilizing the uibusiness.com website, Paid Subscribers are required to complete their Profiles with accurate and current information. Paid Suppliers will not be able to utilize the site to submit quotes until the Profile is complete, as determined by uibusiness.com.
The term of subscription is usually 1 (one) year unless otherwise stated in the Subscription form. Subscription fees are non-refundable. 1 (one) month before the expiration date of your subscription you will receive an email reminder from uibusiness.com. uibusiness.com recommends that you print and date a copy of these Terms of Use for your records.
 
Your Account
As a paid subscriber, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. UIBusiness.com is an ecommerce website for businesses in the USA and India and recommends all financial transactions be conducted through a approved finanicial institution.
 
Termination

We may terminate your paid subscription and delete your data immediately if you breach any clause of this Terms of Use agreement, our Privacy Policy or Security Policy the latter two of which are incorporated herein by reference. We may also terminate your membership if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us. You may terminate your subcription by sending us a notice to support@uibusiness.com. Termination of your membership does not relieve you of any financial obligations due under any Paid Subscription or to fulfill contractual obligations to other members of uibusiness.com.
