Buyer Support: UIBusiness has a sales team in both the US and India. This sales team can assist Buyers in raising inquiries, reviewing and shortlisting proposals, negotiating sale price and drafting sale agreements. The Buyer is not required to pay a fee to avail these benefits, but will be required to deposit the entire deal amount in advance with UIBuisness’ bank in the origin country. This amount will remain with the bank till the deal is completed and released to the Seller, based on terms in the Sale Agreement.
The benefits of using the sales team’s assistance are obvious. Additionally, since the Buyer deposits the 100% advance with UIBusiness’ bank in Buyer’s country, Buyer does not have to worry about, raising bank guarantees, Letter of Credit, wire transfers, and even changing foreign exchange rates.
Seller Support: UIBusiness has a sales team in both the US and India. This sales team can assist Sellers in identifying opportunities, developing proposals, negotiating terms and drafting Sale Agreements. The Seller will be charged 5% of the deal amount to avail of this service. Once the deal is completed the Seller will be paid according to the terms in the Sale Agreement, in the Seller’s origin country, less the 5% Sales Support fee.
The benefits of using the sales team’s assistance are obvious. Additional benefits to the Seller are:
1. Assurance that the Buyer is genuine (as Buyer pays 100% advance which is held by UIBusiness).
2. Ability to seek a bank loan in Seller country’s from UIBusiness’s bank.
3. Prompt payment as per terms in local currency.
