Sreenivas Bhashyam Asuri, known as Bash to many, is a founding member of UI Business Corp., and functions as the CEO with additional responsibility for Sales and marketing. He has 19 years of sales and leadership experience with large multinational corporations. Born and raised in India he spent the first 10 years of his working career with large global corporations such as Siemens and Autodesk selling their technology products primarily to manufacturing and research firms in India. He joined Infosys in 2000 and moved to Dallas TX where he has worked and lived since. In the 9 years with Infosys he partnered with several clients, across industries all over the US helping them outsource IT and engineering applications. This work experience across both countries gave ‘Bash’ a unique perspective of the needs of American and Indian businesses and was instrumental in the founding of UI Business Corp.

Devarajan Sundararajan, better known as Deva, is a founding member of UI Business Corp., and functions as CTO and Company Secretary. He started his work career with Infosys in 1991 and when the company was only $1M in size. While at Infosys, India Deva has played multiple roles including building and maintaining Infosys' internal applications and managing large project teams delivering client projects. He moved to the US in 1999 and has since built many client partnerships and managed strategic client relationships in Retail & CPG, Oil & Gas industry segments at Infosys. He has a good understanding of global trade and building ecommerce B2B portals to enable it.

He has 22 years of experience in sales, account management, channel development and profit center management with reputed companies like Pitney Bowes and Bentley Systems. Manoj’s experience is spread across multiple industries and he has worked actively with both private and public sectors. Manoj has had great success in selling and managing large, complex, multi-year projects. Manoj holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the IIT, Roorkee.
